Refund policy

Satisfaction Guarantee
Our Satisfaction Guarantee policy lasts for 30 days from the day you receive your order in the mail. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order or you've simply changed your mind, you may return the item.

Return Shipping Costs
If returned within the initial 30 day return period, return shipping costs will be paid for by the merchant. 

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, preferably in its original packaging. Returns must be free of damage unless due to a manufacturer defect and unworn.

How To Return
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@adorbly.com. Please send us:

1. The email you used to make the order
2. Your order # (if you have it)
3. The date of your order
4. Reason for the return
5. The name of the product you'd like to return (if you know it) and the quantity

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the issue.

All that we require is a photo of the damaged product and we will send you a replacement or refund free of charge.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
Because all adorbly products are customized and unique, we do not allow exchanges of products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and a refund is sent. The refund will be sent via your original payment method.
